Likewise, REDEN shall not be held liable for events due to force majeure, breakdowns or technical issues relating to hardware, programs, software or the Internet network that may result in the suspension or termination of the service. REDEN shall not be liable for delays, difficulties in use, or incompatibility between the Site and files, your browser or any other program used to access the Site.<\/p>

The general structure, software, texts, images, videos, sounds, know-how, animations, and more generally all information and content appearing on the Site are the property of REDEN or are subject to a right of use or exploitation. These elements are protected by legislation relating to copyright. Any representation, modification, reproduction, distortion, whether total or partial, of all or part of the Site or its content, by any means whatsoever and on any medium whatsoever, would constitute an infringement punishable under Articles L. 335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.<\/p>

Aware of the importance of such Data, REDEN undertakes to protect personal data in compliance with the applicable legal provisions.<\/p>
