Use of the Site
This Site propose information relating to the activities of REDEN SOLAR and subsidiaries. REDEN SOLAR makes every effort to ensure the information provided on the Site is accurate and up-to-date and reserves the right to change the content of its Site at any time and without notice.
Access to the Site
The Site is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except maintenance period. REDEN SOLAR cannot guarantee that the site will operate continuously.
Likewise, REDEN SOLAR cannot be held liable for any events due to a case of force majeure, breakdowns or technical problems affecting equipment, hardware, programs, software or the Internet causing the suspension or termination of the service.
REDEN SOLAR is not responsible for delays, difficulties of use or incompatibility affecting the Site, computer files, web browsers or any other programme used to access the Site.
The Site is available free of charge (except for Internet connection costs which remain the responsibility of the user)
Intellectual property
The Site and its content are protected by the intellectual property right. The site and each of its constituent elements such as brands, texts, illustrations, logos, company names, products, photographs, are the property of REDEN SOLAR. These conditions do not confer any licence to use the brand, logos or photographs presented on the Site.
Reproduction or representation of the Site shall be subjected to a prior written authorization from REDEN SOLAR.

The hyperlinks set up to other websites shall not incur the liability of REDEN SOLAR, especially in the case of the content of these Sites. The decision to activate links is the exclusive responsibility of the Site’s users. Information of personal data processing
REDEN SOLAR collects and processes personal data (name, surname, mail address…) communicated on the Site when using the contact form to respond to requests.
The data are processed by REDEN SOLAR. The dates are hosted by an external subcontractor located within the European Union and shall be kept only for the time necessary for their processing.
In accordance with the applicable rules relating to the personal data, you have the right to consult, correct, oppose, erase, limit processing and portability of your data that you can exercise by mail to the following address :

The use of cookies
